Deepak Parbhoo – Operations Director
Deepak loves everything to do with food. He started his career in the food melting pot that is London and managed a chain of high end Sushi bars for ten years. This included opening their stores on one of London’s most exclusive address – Bond Street, as well as the busy and bustling Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport. He then went on to found JellyFish Catering in Durban, South Africa and within this role has worked with some of the most acclaimed names in the event industry. From catering at fashion shows for Mercedes Benz to after parties at the Loeries, from a food and operational point of view Deepak really excels at his game.
He now directs his kitchen team at JellyFish Catering to consistently produce high quality, innovative food choosing the best locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to ensure we delight a long list of clients.

Tarannum Banatwalla – Sales and Marketing Director
Starting her career at the age of 21 years, Tarannum’s work experience spans over almost two decades in three continents. She started off in the Sales Department at the very illustrious Taj Group of Hotels, Resorts and Palaces in India and looked after a large portfolio of corporate clients. She then moved on being Sales Manager at Hilton Hotels in the UK, looking after the Meetings Industry at the Hilton Paddington, Kensington and Olympia. A co-founder at JellyFish Catering, she now focuses on bringing more clients to the business, ensuring that JellyFish Catering is at the top of the list when people think about a great catering company.

Pasco Takawira – Events Manager
If there’s one phrase to describe Pasco, it would have to be “people’s person.” Pasco loves getting stuck into an event, from the planning stages all the way down to execution, and directing our waiters and waitresses to excel in service at high pressure events. He has been with JellyFish Catering since it’s inception and has well deservedly grown into his role as Events Manager.
